Hunters Open Fire On Each Other During Żabbar Argument
Two hunters shot at each other while arguing in Żabbar this morning.
The men were in a field on Triq San Anard at around 7.30am when shots were fired. Initial investigations suggest that they were arguing before they used the shotguns on each other, according to the Times of Malta.
The men – a 36-year-old Żabbar resident and a 35-year-old from Għargħur – were both slightly injured, according to One News.
The 36-year-old was taken to Mater Dei for treatment while the other man was taken to a health centre.
Lovin Malta tried to reach out to the police but there was no response.
Investigations are ongoing, according to local media reports
