International Badminton Tournament Brings 300 Players From All Over The World To Malta

Over 300 international badminton players compete in Malta International Tournament which is part of the future series.

Badminton Malta is proudly hosting this tournament which forms part of the official Badminton World Circuit. The tournament is taking place at the Cottonera Sports Complex this weekend, attracting over 300 professional players from 43 countries, including New Zealand, USA, Denmark, Spain, France, Germany, and South Korea.

This event is organised by Badminton Malta and is supported by its partners including SportMalta, Maltese Olympic Committee, Victor, Visit Malta, Wasteserv and J.Portelli Projects. This is the third edition of the tournament and it has become a regular annual fixture which continues to grow in scale and reputation.

While the tournament facilitates the showcase of international talent, this event also serves as a platform for Maltese players to compete at a high level.

The entrance is free to all matches which means that the general public is invited to watch top-level badminton.
