During an exclusive interview with Opposition Leader Bernard Grech, the power at the Lovin Malta offices went out for under 15 minutes and he shared a snapshot of the moment to Facebook.

“While I was recording an interview with Tim Diacono, we needed to take a pause because coincidentally, the power cut again,” Grech wrote on social media.

“A new Nationalist government guarantees the basics, including the provision of power.”

During the interview, the power went out for around 10 minutes and the two paused for around four minutes to adjust the lighting. They then continued in relative darkness until the power returned.
