Major Pink Floyd Celebration And Rising Star Shaun Farrugia Announced For Rock The Fort Concert

The exciting lineup for one of the coolest rock events happening this summer on the island is starting to be revealed.

Rock The Fort will be happening over two days, 28th and 29th June, at the Grand Harbour Marina in Vittoriosa. Organised by TEN08, this is the first time the concert, attended by rock fans from all over the island and even the world, will be extended to two days, giving music lovers more time to enjoy the performances.

On the first night, attendees can expect a fantastic Pink Floyd celebration, marking the 50th year since the launch of the iconic and seminal album The Dark Side of the Moon. 

Some of the finest local talent will be performing the album in its entirety, and fans can expect an experience like no other, classic Pink Floyd hits, making it a night to remember.

And it doesn’t end there – to further entertain the audience, “Family 3” will be the supporting act for the Pink Floyd celebration.

On the second night, attendees can look forward to a live performance by the one and only Shaun Farrugia along with his band.

This will be Shaun’s first live concert in Malta, and fans are in for a treat.

Shaun will be performing his hit songs like “Count on You” and “Starlight”, along with other new releases. “Bernie and Pod” will be the supporting band for Shaun’s performance, ensuring that the second night of the event is just as amazing as the first.
