Terry Muscat decided to take legal action against the Bajd u Bejken producers who showed an offensive photo during a live show.

Earlier today, Terry took to social media to share her shock at discovering that she was being distastefully made fun of during a comedy show. She then headed down to the Bormla police station to report what happened after the photo was sent to her by audience members from the live show.

This decision has been supported by a number of social media personalities who commented on Lovin Malta’s coverage of the initial news.

People also took to social media to show support for Muscat. One comment said “The authorities should put an end to this disgusting programme because they have crossed a line. they mentioned Twanny Aquilina and now Terry!”.

“Transphobia breaks down a person’s dignity, and when it is done for profit, there aren’t enough words to describe what a disgusting act it is. Continue appeasing these jokes and the seeds of conflict will grow into a forest of violence,” said Clayton Mercieca as he posted on social media.
