A 27-year-old man is at risk of dying after a severe collision between his motorcycle and a car last night in San Pawl il-Baħar.

The police were informed of the incident yesterday at 9pm and upon arriving to the scene in f’Dawret San Pawl il-Baħar they noted that the Honda motorcycle being driven by the Santa Venera resident collided with a Mazda Demio being driven by a 62-year-old male resident of Birkirkara.

A medical team assisted the man before an ambulance rushed the 27-year-old to the hospital where his serious injuries were confirmed.

Police investigations, as well as a magisterial inquiry, are currently ongoing.
