Mini 12-Day Thrift Pop-Up Stall At University’s Quadrangle Coming To An End Soon
A 12-day thrifting pop-up stall at University’s quadrangle is soon coming to an end, with just three days left for eager thrifters.
Following the last successful two-day pop-up, Thrift Pop-Up Malta set their sights on creating a longer event so that anyone can get in on the fun.
“This weekend we will be setting up our stand and rails with our favourite pieces at Quad at the University. We are so grateful that we were given this opportunity to educate more people, share our ethos and collect money for our fur babies,” Falzon told Lovin Malta.
The best thing about it, all proceeds are going towards the Tomasina Cat Sanctuary.
“Even if you don’t find anything to buy, a little donation will go a long way,” Falzon told Lovin Malta.
It’s been running since 20th July and ends on Sunday 31st July, with fresh new clothes being put out every day. The pop-up stall is open from 7pm until 10pm, making it highly accessible for anyone that’s at work during the day.
“Fight against fast fashion and help us grow the community of slow-fashion, thrifting lovers,” the event description reads.
The clothing is sourced through donations from followers, friends or anyone interested in contributing to a good cause. No profit is made from the sales, as it is always directed towards a cause in need.
