A fight broke out between two drivers in Sliema street, Gżira after reckless driving led to a damaged mirror and a heated argument.

The argument caused chaos in Monday morning traffic at around 9.44am, after the passenger on a motorbike reportedly damaged the mirror of a van, according to a witness who spoke to Lovin Malta.

Footage sent to the newsroom shows the van driver grabbing the bike driver from his helmet and pushing him to the ground. Some drivers from surrounding vehicles got out of their vehicle to film the incident, while the biker left the motorcycle lying on the road.

After the argument seemingly died out, the van driver got back in his vehicle while the bike driver left his bike on the ground.

Lovin Malta has spoken to the police and is awaiting further information on the incident.
