Motorcyclist Hospitalised With Serious Injuries Following Collision With Car
At approximately 4pm yesterday, police were alerted to a traffic accident that had occurred on Triq Tul il-Kosta in Naxxar, leading to the immediate dispatch of officers to the scene.
Officers rushed to the scene, where initial investigations revealed a collision between a Toyota Aygo, driven by a 44-year-old woman from St Paul’s Bay, and a CF Moto motorcycle ridden by a 53-year-old Belgian man residing in Gżira.
An ambulance was called on site and the medical team provided assistance on site before the motorcyclist was taken to Mater Dei Hospital. He was later certified as suffering from serious injuries.
An inquiry has been launched, and police investigations remain underway.
