New Statistic Reveals The Average Maltese Woman Is 163cm Tall
Europeans are often lauded for their towering stature, with both men and women frequently ranking among the tallest in the world. However, if you’re a Maltese woman, then the chances are that this statistic does not apply to you.
According to data from the NCD-RisC, Maltese women boast an average height of 163 centimetres. While this may seem short compared to the towering heights of the Dutch and Montenegrin, Maltese women seem to be just under average height in Europe.
The average height of women across the continent is 167cm, not too far from Malta’s 163cm. The shortest country is Cyprus with the average being 160.6cm. On the other end of the statistic, Dutch women hold the place of tallest with an average of 170.4cm.
