Police Investigate Alleged Armed Robbery In Marsaskala, Suspects On The Loose

The police are currently investigating reports of an armed robbery of a shop in Marsaskala.
Officials were informed of the incident today at 6.15am when they were told that two men, allegedly armed with a knife, entered a shop on Triq il-Kavallieri ta’ Malta and stole an amount of cash.
The robbers quickly fled from the spot and thankfully, no one was injured.
An inquiry into the case was opened by Police Magistrate Philip Galea Farrugia while police investigations are ongoing.
