A production of School of Rock- The Musical is being prepared for three amazing nights at the Mediterranean Conference Centre this October featuring a star-studded cast.

Based on the hit Paramount movie and featuring music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, this high-voltage production promises to bring down the house with face-melting guitar riffs, riotous comedy, and a whole lot of heart.

Step into the chaotic world of Dewey Finn, a wannabe rock god who fakes his way into a prestigious prep school and discovers a classroom of pint-sized prodigies. What starts as a side hustle quickly transforms into a full-blown rock revolution as Dewey inspires his students to embrace their inner rebels, form a band, and compete in the legendary Battle of the Bands.

James Ryder will be playing Dewey Finn with his signature comic energy and boundless charisma. Natassja Chapman will be playing Rosalie Mullins as she lends her powerhouse vocals and elegant edge as the headmistress hiding a love for a classic rock.

Alessio Buhagiar will be playing Ned Schneebly, Dewey’s former bandmate turned reluctant sidekick, caught between duty and dream. Bertha Farrugia will be playing Patty Di Marco as she brings fire and flair to the role as Ned’s partner with no time for Dewey’s antics.

School of Rock is a loud, bold ode to music, mischief, and marching to your own beat. It features new anthems by Glenn Slater and Andrew Lloyd Webber, as well as fan-favourite songs from the movie, with a book by Julian Fellowes

A strong band and a cast of actor-musicians, including children, come together for a night of intense live performance in this high-energy production, which was directed by Dorothy Bezzina and musically directed by Edward Mifsud.

Presented by arrangement with The Really Useful Group Ltd.
