Malta Public Transport will be providing a special bus service for the Science in the City festival, taking place on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th September at Triton Square in Valletta.

These services aim to give visitors additional transport options, ensuring a more comfortable journey to and from the capital city.

Science in the City is Malta’s national science and arts festival, attracting thousands of visitors to the capital for exhibitions, interactive activities, and live performances.

Malta Public Transport is supporting the event by offering late-night connections across the island to accommodate festival-goers.

Passengers holding a personalised Tallinja Card can travel on these special services for free, while other passengers can purchase onboard tickets for €3, payable by cash or contactless methods.

The special bus services will run alongside a number of Night Routes, providing further options for those attending the festival and ensuring safe, convenient travel throughout the event.
