St Jeanne Antide Foundation is back with its Back to School campaign to help children from families that need some support.

“Last year, thanks to the generosity of individuals and corporate partners, we provided 61 stationery packages and helped fund 15 school uniforms for children in need. This year, our goal is to raise €3,000 to reach even more students, helping them walk into school feeling proud, prepared, and ready to learn,” wrote the foundation in a statement.

Among some of the supplies that are needed are pens, glue sticks and liquid, A3 and A4 drawing books, colouring books, copybooks, crayons and paintbrushes.

The foundation’s aim is to help families who struggle to afford even the basic supplies like school shoes, backpacks, stationery and uniforms. The campaign even targets families who fall just outside support schemes’ eligibility.
