Temp Aktar Primaverili: Spring Is Already Round The Corner As Maltese Air Gets Warmer

Even though it feels like winter only truly began a few weeks ago, it seems that spring weather is already well around the corner.

Local weather page It-Temp Madwarna recently predicted “more spring-like weather” due to the air already starting to get warmer.

“The weather starts to change as high pressure over Algeria and Morocco moves storm systems away from the area of the Maltese islands with weather that will even feel less cold than the last few days,” it said on Sunday.

As a result of this, maximum temperatures are set to increase to 19 degrees Celsius, while previous minimum temperatures of 10 degrees Celsius are set to go up to 14 degrees Celsius.

Over the next few days, the weather is set to be generally warmer, with force four to five winds throughout the week.

On the other hand, the sea will remain at 15 degrees Celcius, which is already warmer than usual for this time of year.

Speaking with Lovin Malta, marine biologist Alan Deidun also recently explained that the jellyfish bloom came earlier this year due to the sea’s warm temperatures.

And as the month of spring is officially set to begin later this month, nature is already blooming in full swing, with flowers already spotted adorning Malta’s countryside.

Are you looking forward to warmer weather?
