The Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2025 is officially on the horizon, with this year’s theme, Together4Music, celebrating Malta’s talent, identity, and shared dream of Eurovision success.

Unveiled during a special live broadcast from the MFCC on TVM+ by hosts Daniel and Ylenia, the rebranding embraces unity and creativity, setting the stage for a thrilling chapter in Malta’s Eurovision journey.

The evening offered an exciting preview of what’s to come. A stunning new stage design promises to provide the perfect platform for the 24 semifinalists to deliver the performance of a lifetime.

Fans also got their first taste of this year’s entries, with lyric videos for all the competing songs now available on TVM’s YouTube channel.

The lineup of semifinalists was revealed, with 24 contestants divided into two shows. Semifinal 1 will feature acts like Mark Anthony Bartolo with Hideaway as the opening performance and Kurt Calleja’s Aziza as the closing number.

Other notable entries include Raquela’s Silenced, Justine Shorfid’s Still I Rise, and JVF’s Festa (No Time For Siesta).

Semifinal 2 will open with Kelsey Bellante’s 365 and close with Miguel Bonello’s Breaking the Cycle. Highlights include Dario Bezzina and Żeppi l-Muni’s Għażliet, Stefan Galea’s Lablab (Talk Talk), and Kantera’s energetic LalaRaTaTaKeKe LalaRaTaKaBum.

The semifinals will air on 4th February and 6th February, leading up to the grand finale on 8th February, broadcast live on TVM.
