Two men are being held in custody after being caught possessing different types of drugs, that were allegedly, meant to be sold.

The police noticed a man acting suspiciously during their rounds in Paceville. When the police stopped the man to search him, he tried to get away but he was immediately arrested. During the arrest, the man was aggressive with the police who suffered minor injuries.

The arrested was identified as a 32-year-old man from Jamaica and when the police searched him, they found eight sachets of a substance allegedly containing cocaine and 20 sachets of a substance suspected to be cannabis.

During more rounds in Paceville, the police noticed another man acting suspiciously and when the police officers approached and searched him, they  found six sachets, allegedly containing cannabis as well as a considerable amount of cash. He was then arrested. The arrested was identified as a 50-year-old man from Eritrea and is now in custody.

Both man will be taken to Court in the coming days
