Two Men Dead After Motorcycle Collides With Car In Early Morning Mosta Crash

Two Pakistani men who were riding a motorcycle have tragically died after colliding with a car in Mosta earlier this morning.

Police were informed about the crash at around 6am this morning, which occurred along Triq ta’ Zejfa, Mosta.

Upon going on site, police found that the crash occurred between a Smart Fortwo, being driven by a 41-year-old Maltese man from Mellieħa, and a Yamaha Crypton, with two Pakistani men onboard, a 41-year-old and a 33-year-old, both residing in St Paul’s Bay.

The 33-year-old was unfortunately certified dead on-site, and the 41-year-old Pakistani died shortly afterward.

The Maltese man’s condition is still pending.

Magistrate Leonard Caruana is leading an inquiry, while police investigations are still ongoing.
