Verdala Secondary Students Put On Heartfelt Display For Classmate Battling Cancer
Verdala secondary school students have united in a touching show of solidarity with their classmate who is battling cancer.
The fifth formers dedicated the final dance of their performance to Francesco, which they performed in the playground in front of other students.
They put on a display as several students held up signs, which together formed the words “Kuraġġ Francesco”. The students clapped, cheered, and stood together as one to give strength to their classmate on their last day.
“We were chanting his name to show our support”, a student told Lovin Malta.
