Watch: Elburritomonster Creates Pastizzi Burrito With Sphinx
Social media personality Oli Paterson, better known as @elburritomonster, recently shared his delicious pastizzi themed adventure in Malta.
Joined by fellow content creator Luke Tarrant, Oli explored the island in search of the iconic Maltese pastry all part of a food filled trip with Visit Malta UK. Their journey took them to Sphinx, where they sampled traditional pastizzi before Oli put his own spin on it by creating a pastizzi burrito alongside Sphinx owner Vinu Muscat.
The unique fusion dish was featured in a video shared with Oli’s 1.4 million Instagram followers, quickly amassing over 197,000 views.
