Watch: First-Ever McLaren P1 Hypercar To Hit Malta’s Streets Makes Waves After Gozitan-Australian Millionaire’s Road Trip
One of the most revered hypercars on the planet, the $1 million McLaren P1, has been spotted cruising Malta’s streets for the first time ever.
The super exclusive car – of which only 375 models were ever made – belongs to Gozitan-Australian millionaire Adrian Portelli , who arrived in Malta yesterday after a European road trip. Since then, car enthusiasts all over the island have been uploading videos and stories of their encounter with the sleek monster, which is known as one of the Holy Trinity of hypercars alongside the equally rare Ferrari LaFerrari and Porsche 918 Spyder.
Another P1 had come to Malta back in 2016 for the car TV show Paqpaqli, but since it was also brought down for the show, the hypercar wasn’t driven around Malta’s roads the same way Portelli’s model has already done in the last two days.
