A man was caught on video stroking his penis while following youngsters in Floriana.
Footage shot and posted yesterday by a boy in his teens shows the man taking out his penis and people laughing, seemingly in shock and disgust.
“Proven junky,” the boy wrote on the video.
The bystanders filming the incident can be heard saying “jaq” and “stay there” as the man began slowly walking toward them.
