At present, the police are trying to determine the exact time this sound was heard speaking both to the man and other neighbours.

The man is currently with the police, assisting them in their investigations as they compile evidence and establish the facts.

Meanwhile, a Magisterial Inquiry was opened by Magistrate Abigail Critien who is being assisted by a number of experts. The district police as well as the forensic unit are also on site investigating the report.
