Watch: Mercury Set to Welcome New Art Installation: Tumas The Knight

Mercury prepares to unveil a new addition to its esteemed statue collection. Teased through Instagram stories by the artist Zack Ritchie, the anticipation surrounding this latest creation is palpable.

In June 2023, it was announced that the contemporary Maltese artist and illustrator would be collaborating with Mercury to bring forth a series of permanent bronze sculptures.

These larger-than-life installations draw inspiration from Maltese heritage and popular cultural.

The latest installation has been named Tumas The Knight. An AI generated Bronze figure was posted to instagram stories showcasing what is to be expected of the latest art work.
