Watch: Water Balloons Dropped From Building Cause Stir In Swieqi
Two men were seen over the edge on a seven-storey building in Swieqi throwing water balloons down on people earlier this morning.
Footage sent to Lovin Malta shows several construction workers and residents across the road looking at the two individuals as they carried on with their activity in Triq Tal-Għoqod.

Lovin Malta reached out to Jordan Galea Pace, Swieqi’s vice mayor about the occurrence to which he responded:
“Being a young deputy mayor myself, I understand that youth want to have fun — but fun should happen in a park or at a tourist attraction, not by endangering residents from seven storeys up. This kind of behaviour is reckless, and we are working closely with the authorities to ensure the situation for Swieqi residents continues to improve.”
