Young Maltese Brothers Raise $3.3 Million From E-Commerce Business
From hacking away in a small garage to building a team across six different countries, Maltese brothers, Liam and Travis Gerada, founders of Krepling, achieved an incredible milestone by securing a $3.3 million seed round led by Bull City Venture Partners.
This funding will enable the duo to expand their team and enhance their services, furthering their commitment to aiding e-commerce sellers navigating the challenges of a fragmented tech stack.
23-year-old Liam and 20-year-old Travis, who had previously operated a Shopify store, understood the frustrations that came with managing a growing e-commerce business. One of the primary pain points they encountered was the intricate web of disparate software integrations necessary to handle various aspects of their operation.
This experience sparked the idea for Krepling, a no-code channel management platform designed to simplify the lives of mid-market and enterprise e-commerce merchants with annual Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) ranging from $5 million to $200 million.
The core mission of Krepling is to combine data and operations, offering flexibility in creating and managing workflows. By doing so, the platform helps businesses eliminate the headaches of integrating multiple software solutions and navigating a convoluted tech stack.
Instead, Krepling provides a unified solution that empowers e-commerce merchants to focus on what they do best: growing their businesses and serving their customers.
“Here’s to our merchants, employees, partners, and 3.3 million reasons to keep dreaming bigger,” wrote one of the founders, Liam Gerada.
Well done to the pair!
