Zob To Osh Team Are Almost At Their Final Destination: Almaty Kazakhstan

The Zob to Osh team, who are driving from Malta to Kazakhstan have almost made it to their final destination after four weeks of travelling.
Currently in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, the team have had a number of ups and downs along their journey.
After a challenging journey through Europe with multiple breakdowns along the way, crossing the Bosphorus Bridge into Asia, travelled the Caspian sea on a soviet vessel, almost getting their car confiscated due to mistranslation and even being denied entry into Turkistan due to their car being right hand drive, the team have almost done it.
The boys reached their halfway point on 18th July just after crossing into Asia, they also made history being the first Maltese to drive to Turkmenistan.
On the way they stopped at multiple monuments and attractions such as the Danube river in Serbia, Cappadocia in Türkiye and even the Gate of Hell in Turkmenistan.
How do they sleep? In tents in forests, along rivers and lakes and even on the top of a clearing near Cappadocia, watching the hot-air balloons take to the skies as they pack up their camp.
If you want to follow their journey, the live location tracking is up on their website and you can check out their Instagram @zob_to_osh for video and photo updates.
Well done boys! The finish line is almost in sight. Good luck!
