Watch: ‘Jiena Peppa Pig’ – Beloved Children’s Animated Series Translated To Maltese

Get ready to squeal with excitement because everyone’s favourite little piggy is coming to charm her way into our living rooms speaking Maltese!

Media Exclusive announced they will be releasing the beloved children’s animated series, “Peppa Pig Bil-Malti,” fully translated into Maltese.

The internationally acclaimed series Peppa Pig will be making its debut in Maltese homes, promising laughter, learning, and endless fun for little ones across the islands.

Working in collaboration with Ċentru tal-Ilsien Malti, Media Exclusive will fully translate the series to ensure viewers have a fun experience while also becoming more familiar with the Maltese language.

Co-founder and Director of Media Exclusive Ben Camille shared his excitement for the project and expressed his personal attachment to it, emphasising the importance of promoting the Maltese language in a fun and engaging way.

Rachel Cachia, Executive Producer and Director at Media Exclusive, highlighted the meticulous translation process to ensure children can easily connect with the language through the use of modern and correct terms.

Norma Saliba, Executive Head of Ċentru  tal-Ilsien Malti, emphasised need for more Maltese audiovisual resources to support children’s language development.

To celebrate the launch, a special event was held at Spazju Kreattiv, with the participation of children from the 31st Mosta Girl Guides and Fgura Scout Group.
