For one beautiful moment last night, every single item on the menu of one of Malta’s most beloved restaurant-chains’ Mosta branch was absolutely free… and it didn’t take long for the orders to start flooding in.

At around 7pm on Wednesday night, screenshots of the Amigos Mosta Bolt Food page started being sent to Lovin Malta showing one very weird discount: 100%.

Soon enough, the restaurant stopped accepting orders, presumably because of the rush of feasts that came in – one particular order showed to Lovin Malta had a €40 order be completely discounted, delivery and all, with only a small order fee being added.

Eventually, after a number of arrival times were postponed, order cancellations started arriving.

Speaking to Lovin Malta about last night’s glitch, Amigos said the restaurant is “fundamentally known for great value and top deals… but this one was surely too good to be true!”
