12-Year-Old Ella Fenech Attard Breaks Three National Swimming Records At International Competition

Ella Fenech Attard has broken three national swimming age records in an international competition in Germany.

The records that the 12-year-old broke were the National Age Group B records, where she beat Francesca Falzon Young who was the previous record holder since 2013 in the 200-metre freestyle swim.

She also won the silver medal in the 200-metre butterfly and Fenech Attard took home the bronze medal in the 400-metre individual medley.

The competition took place in Dresden, which is the capital city of Saxony in Germany. A total of 750 European swimmers participated in the prestigious international competition.
