13,000 Meals: Purina Malta Donates €10K Worth Of Needed Pet Food To Lovin Milied Challenge
If there’s one thing to love about Christmas time, it’s people and companies coming together to help those in need.
And what’s better than donating a stellar €10,000 worth of pet food to the Lovin Milied challenge, to help cat feeders and fosterers all over the island?
Purina Malta has once again outdone itself, donating thousands worth of cat and dog food to be shared across nine sanctuaries and charities around Malta.
That’s a total of 13,419 meals weighing 1,727kg!
The brands of the donated food include Friskies, One Dry Food (cat), Pro Plan Dry Food (dog), Bakers Dry Food, Dentalife, and Felix.
The vast selection of brands will cover many different animals, from puppies and kittens to elderly felines and dogs, to make sure all of them will have the right food for their dietary needs.
If you want to be a part of this great initiative helping the vulnerable around Malta, you are still in time, with the challenge open until December 21st.

Lovin Milied is Lovin Malta’s yearly initiative to gather festive boxes and distribute them to various local foundations, homes, and NGOs to help vulnerable people and animals in different categories.
With special thanks to leading Maltese companies like Purina, KeepMePosted and Gasan Foundation, KMP is even generously donating one box for every job listing on their site until December 20th and Gasan Foundation has already donated €500 worth of boxes.
Well done Purina for joining in – and tag a local business below that absolutely needs to be a part of this!
