17-Year-Old French Man At Risk Of Dying After Ta’ Qali Argument

A 17-year-old French man is at risk of dying after being involved in an argument with an 18-year-old man in Ta’ Qali in the early hours of the morning.

The incident occurred within the Ta’ Qali area, Attard, at around 4.30am, police have confirmed. The two youths, both French, were involved in an argument just outside an entertainment establishment in the area.

A medical team was called on site which transported the youths to Mater Dei Hospital, where it was confirmed that the 17-year-old is at risk of dying. The 18-year-old’s condition is still pending.

Magistrate Noel Bartolo has opened an inquiry while police investigations are ongoing.
