23-Year-Old Woman Dies After Being Hit By Bus In Birkirkara
A 23-year-old woman has died after being run over by a bus in Birkirkara.
The woman, who is a Serbian national in St Paul’s Bay, was certified dead on site. The accident happened along Triq Notabile.
The bus was being driven by a Filipino national, aged 41.
A magisterial inquiry has been opened and a police investigation has been opened.
The woman is the 17th road death of the year.
