24 Maltese Companies Named ‘Ones To Watch’ At European Business Awards

A total of 24 Maltese companies have been shortlisted as ‘Ones to Watch’ at the European Business Awards this year.
Among the shortlist are long-standing businesses like Air Malta plc., Banif Bank, BOV, Farsons, Malta Post, Malta International Airport, Salvo Grima Group and International Hotel Investments (IHI).
But there are also some newer kids on the block, such as digital agency BRND WGN and software company Altaro Software.
Other businesses in the running are: APS Bank, Ozo Group, Quicklets (QLZH Ltd), AquaBioTech Group, BMIT Ltd, BSE Consultants Ltd., CasaSoft Ltd., DYNINNO Group, KnowMeNow, Medserv plc, Premier Capital, QGen Group Ltd, RS2 Software p.l.c. and STM Malta Trust & Company Management Ltd.
The 24 companies are set to battle it out in a fight to secure a spot in the Gala Final in December 2019, where the final 18 European winners will be announced.
Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards, said: “The companies chosen as ‘Ones to Watch’ are the most inspirational, successful and dynamic in Europe.”
Companies on the ‘Ones to Watch’ list come from all sectors, from manufacturing to retail, agriculture to technology, and all sizes; from start-ups to billion euro businesses.
Whichever brand comes out on top will take part in the Gala Final in December 2019, where the final 18 European winners will be announced.
