25-Year-Old Gozitan Man At Risk Of Dying After Hit By Falling Tiles In Kerċem
A 25-year-old Gozitan man, a resident of Xewkija, is at risk of dying after being hit by falling tiles that were being carried into a residence in Kerċem.
The incident occurred at around 7.30am this morning, along Triq Ġuże Flores, in Ta’ Kerċem, Gozo.
He was transported to Gozo General Hospital by ambulance and was later certified to be suffering from serious injuries.
Magistrate Brigitte Sultana has ordered an inquiry.
