25-Year-Old Woman Hit By Car While Cycling In Birkirkara
A 25-year-old woman resident of Furjana was run over this morning while she was cycling in Birkirkara.
The incident occurred at around 8.40am along Triq in-Naxxar in Birkirkara. The car that hit the cyclist was being driven by a 50-year-old resident of Mosta.
The cyclist was hospitalised however it doesn’t appear that she is suffering from serious injuries.
Police investigations are ongoing.
