29-Year-Old Munxar Resident Dies In Construction Site Accident In Gozo
A 29-year-old man has died following an incident on a construction site in Gozo.
Police told Lovin Malta that the man, who lives in Munxar, fell around four storeys while working at a construction site in Triq Damasku, Munxar.
The accident happened at around 11.30am today.
Members of the Civil Protection Unit as well as a medical team were called on site to assist; however, he was certified dead on site.
Magistrate Brigitte Sultana has opened an inquiry into the death. Police investigations into the incident are underway.
