36 People Illegally Living In Malta To Be Deported

Thirty-six people were found living in Malta illegally and are set to be deported, according to a police statement today.

This comes after a number of inspections in Gozo on Sunday morning. T

The suspects were from Ghana, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria and Liberia, and they were arrested and taken to the Detention Centre where the process for their deportation has now begun.

Police said that the inspections will take place more regularly.
