A 37-year-old Albanian man was run over earlier today in San Ġwann.

A police spokesperson informed Lovin Malta that the incident occurred in Vjal ir-Riħan at around 1pm.

The Albanian man was run over by a 34-year-old resident of Birkirkara, who was driving a Mercedes.

The victim was taken to Mater Dei Hospital for medical attention and treatment. His condition is still unknown at this time.
