46-Year-Old Man To Be Charged With Jean Paul Busuttil’s Murder

Police have confirmed they will charge a 46-year-old man with the murder of businessman Jean Paul Busuttil this evening.

TVM reported that the suspected killer was born in Syria but moved to Malta in 1994, when he was 15 years old, and married a Maltese woman in 2012.

The man reportedly shot Busuttil dead in Bidnija on Sunday morning shortly after the two men were involved in a minor traffic accident.

According to TVM, the suspect isn’t cooperating with the police and the murder weapon has yet to be found.
