The family and loved ones of a 17-year-old Maltese girl who lost her life in a horrific traffic accident have launched a fundraiser campaign in aid of Puttinu Cares to help parents going through grief.

“A Life Lost – Save A Life” is the name of the campaign dedicated to the memory of Kacey Sciberras.

“Marylyn and Bernice Mizzi, along with our family are collecting donations in the name of our dear cousin, Kacey, who has lost her life in car accident last Sunday,” the family said in a statement.

“Together we want to raise money in aid of Puttinu Cares to help Kacey’s parents go through grief, and other parents going through a similar situation.”

“Our aim is to bring out a gesture of kindness out of this tragedy as we believe that funds for Puttinu are more fruitful than any beautiful bouquet of flowers.”

The family are asking for any and all donations to be sent via Revolut or BOV on either 79900108 / 79592090.

A receipt copy of all donations will be provided.
