Blogposts penned by Daphne Caruana Galizia on her website ‘Running Commentary’ are being projected on a screen outside the the law courts in Valletta, right next to a memorial that has been set up for the late journalist.

The brainchild of new pressure group Il-Kenniesa, the blogposts were first projected last night and will be projected again tonight, tomorrow and Thursday between 7pm and 10pm.

“The people who have silenced her, are those who have a lot to lose,” Il-Kenniesa said. “Two months on and they think that her work will slowly be forgotten, but we will make sure this does not happen.”

“In the hustle and bustle of Christmas, we encourage everyone to spare some time to stop by, to appreciate her work and remember this great loss for our country and its future.”

The court case against the three men charged with assassinating Daphne Caruana Galizia will continue this morning – with Claire Stafrace Zammit becoming the third magistrate to take over the case.
