Adrian Delia Publishes Egrant Inquiry In Full
Opposition leader Adrian Delia has published the magisterial inquiry report into the Panama company Egrant in full.
After receiving a copy of the report yesterday following a ruling by the Constitutional Court, Delia sought legal advice as well as the advice of his parliamentary group. He said the legal advice he received is that there no legal obstacles preventing him from publishing the report and that his MPs agreed that the report should be published in full before they had even read it.
“In my opinion, we have a choice to make, to publish the report in full or not to publish the report at all. The third option, to partially publish it, isn’t acceptable for me. Any type of censorship, even if motivated by good intentions, is unacceptable during these tough times.”
Delia didn’t specify what the full report contained but said it included details that weren’t included in the conclusions that were published in July 2018.

BREAKING. #EGRANT REPORT shows that @JosephMuscat_JM's claim that I forged Egrant documents was a LIE. Absolutely NOTHING in the report to support his false accusation. No wonder he kept it hidden. Thankfully, #Malta will soon be rid of this serial liar. Not a day too soon. pic.twitter.com/9d8N5J1EHU
