A Maltese couple who continue to give back to society after personal tragedy have been recognised for their incredible work.

Antoine and Solange Magri, who run the Fifteen37 Cafe’, are well-known to families going through tough times after regularly and continuously providing free lunches to the children, parents and staff at the Rainbow Ward in Mater Dei Hospital.

And last night, they were recognised for their altruism during the Malta Business Awards.

“After losing their five-month-old baby Juan due to cancer, Antoine Magri together with his wife Solange Magri didn’t stop there!” charity group Puttinu Cares said after the ceremony.

“They wanted to make the lives of others a little bit better by providing free lunch on a regular basis from their to all the children, parents and staff at Rainbow ward. Today they were presented the Gold trophy for Social Impact at the Malta Business Awards!”

“We are so proud of you and very happy for this well deserved achievement. Well done, cheers, and congratulations to amazing people with a big heart.”
