Anyone Else?! Meta “Technical Issue” Triggers Instagram, Whatsapp And Facebook Outage
A “technical issue” has hit a number of Meta users, leading to global outages being reported on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
“We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience,” Meta wrote on X at 7:48pm Malta time… leading to hundreds of comments not just roasting their social media platforms, but also making fun of the fact that the media giant had to go to a rival platform to announce the downtime.
While not all users seem to be affected the same, thousands all around the world have reported that their apps are just not working at all, while others are going through an annoying phase on ever-loading posts, unsent messages, and a whole lotta On Again, Off Again.
