A number of people tried to rob the Convenience Store in Gżira today at around 5:30pm.

It is being reported that at least one of the men was armed with a knife. The case happened in the outlet located in Rue D’Argens.

Police were able to stop and arrest the man that was reportedly carrying a knife. The shop was closed following the incident.
