Infrastructure Malta tweeted this morning announcing the planting of new Aleppo Pines in Saqqajja Hill after the uprooting of dead foliage that sparked a protest last month.

Taking to Twitter, the InfraMalta let the public know that once Saqqajja is finished, 539 trees would soon be planted in Birkirkara, Mriehel, Balzan, Attard and Ta’ Qali.

Infrastructure Malta has promised that, by the end, these areas will have 285 more trees to compensate for the loss of many over the Central Link Project works.
