A 65-year-old Attard resident, unfortunately, lost his life falling off a truck while doing some work in Raħal Ġdid.

On 16th August, police were informed of an accident that occurred in the Ras Ħanzir area, within the industrial zone of Kordin in Paola.

Police went to the scene and found that a Maltese man, resident of Attard, fell from a truck while he was working. 

Civil Protection members and a medical team were called to the scene to assist, and an ambulance took the victim to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment.
