Bernard Grech’s Mother Frida Dies Aged 92: ‘Your Pain Has Ended, Your Party With The Lord Has Begun’
Opposition Leader Bernard Grech has penned a touching tribute to his mother Frida after she passed away aged 92.
“Your pain has ended, now your party with the Lord you loved so much has begun,” Grech said.
“You are now free from your bonds of a weak body and can fly freely. My heart is so heavy and my sadness is great but I am also pleased for you that you are reunited with my dear father.”
“Go in peace Ma and thank you for all your care, love and lessons. Keep taking care of us.”
Several people offered their condolences to Grech, including Prime Minister Robert Abela.
Frida Grech’s death comes a mere four months after the PN leader’s father John passed away.
