Beware Of The Waves: Malta Red Cross Lists Beaches To Avoid During Upcoming NW Gales
Golden Bay, Għajn Tuffieħa, Ġnejna, Fond Għadir and the Perched Beach in St Paul’s Bay have been pinpointed as danger zones this weekend due to strong North Westerly winds forecast.
Malta Red Cross has warned bathers to exercise caution this weekend on 5th and 6th August as high NW West winds are expected to sweep the island.
The beaches mentioned will probably show a double red warning flag which means closed beach.
